Q: How do I register my player?
A: All registration is handled electronically at BSWB; you can click on this registration link or the one found on the BSWB home page to begin the process.

Q: How do I pay for registration?
A: The registration process usually takes between 5-10 minutes of time and you can either pay with a check or credit card.

Q: Can I split up my payment?
A: Yes. You may select this option at registration to spread out the costs using 2 payments; however, the first payment will be due at time of registration and the 2nd will be due before the season begins. BSWB is committed to serving the youth in our community and the Board is looking at ways to help the family budget.

Q: Does BSWB give a multi-child discount to families that have more than one player?
A: Yes. BSWB offers a discount to families with 2 or more children. Be sure to click "+ Register Another Player" button at the bottom right corner of the payment screen; before submitting payment you should add all players to your shopping cart.

Q: I chose to split up my registration payment; how do a make my next payment?
A: Making your next payment is easy at BSWB. All you need to do is login to your member account and select the "Make Payment" tab/button and use the intuitive payment options. To login to your account simply scroll to the bottom right corner of ANY BSWB web page and click the "CLIENT LOGIN" button, then type in your account credentials (your email address and password). You may even send your password to your email address if you forgot it.

Q: How do I request a refund of my registration?
A: Unfortunately things come up that sometimes require parents to make the tough decision to withdraw their player from BSWB. We always respect your decision and promise to provide you with a prompt refund. You may request a refund of registration costs only if the request is received prior to the start of a season. Just send your request to the Player Agent of your player's division. Check the Team Pages out to find an email contact link to your child's Player Agent and send them an email request with a brief description of the reason for the request.

Q: What is a PONY baseball league?
A: PONY stands for Protecting Our Nation's Youth; BSWB has enjoyed its affiliation with PONY Baseball and hopes to hold a World Series at Aera Park in the near future.

Q: What are the requirements for a child to participate?
A: All players are welcome at BSWB; our organization does not descrimate at any level; however, because there are only so many spots available each season BSWB does register using a "First come first served" basis.

Q: When are tryouts, and does my player have to tryout to play?
A: Please check our Calendar of Events on our home web page for exact times and dates; players do not have to tryout to play, but players do have to tryout to play in the "A" competitive divisions.

Q: When are games and practices?
A: All teams play 2 games per week (one Saturday and one weekday) during Spring, and 1 game per week (on Sunday) for Fall. Practices are at the descretion of the head coach; BSWB only allows 3 events per week including practices and games.
